“Yes, And!” Coaching

This coaching program (with limited spots) is the perfect way to help you identify your “yes, buts,” and transform them into the right “yes, ands” that will help you bust through your plateaus and help you take your life, business, or career to the next level.

Because this is one-on-one coaching, the specific outcomes and objectives will be based on your specific needs. In general, switching from “yes, but” to “Yes, And!” will allow you to:

  • Improve relationships, both personally and professionally
  • Turn challenges and problems into opportunities to shine
  • Transform customer objections (at times absurd) requests into opportunities for business growth
  • Unleash the potential of your employees by giving them the chance to shine
  • Respond positively to change and find opportunities to excel while others struggle to adapt
  • Increase confidence by becoming comfortable with uncertainty and the unknown
  • Break through plateaus and push past your limits to achieve goals and fulfill your potential

Logistics

Here are a few of the details:

  • Your coaching program will consist of 5 calls done via phone or Skype
  • Each call will be somewhere between 30 and 60 minutes in length (Depends on your status and how much we have to discuss).
  • We will dig into your goals, objectives, challenges, etc. and discover the “yes, buts” that surround them.
  • You’ll get customized work to do between calls to start applying “yes, and” to those ares to see immediate improvement.

Schedule-wise we will start as soon as you are ready. We will ideally end by August 20th (that’s around when baby boy #2 should show up in my life) but if we don’t, we can extend it – there will just be a few weeks in there where scheduling the calls may be a touch more challenging!)
