Live Tweets of the Ding! Happens Keynote

I recently presented the opening keynote for the Florida Society of Association Executives’ Annual Conference.

I am happy to say, the program went vey, very well. There were even some firsts for me:

• My first “on-stage mid-speech volunteer selfie”
• My first, “the volunteers are going to start playing a different improv game” moment
